The TRICER-BP Fluid Head is truly exceptional when it comes to the precision fluidity and smoothness it provides while supporting the heaviest of optics. The same is true for the TRICER-BP when it comes those optics that extend significantly outward from the center post of the tripod beneath it, where such leverage has often proven troublesome for lesser fluid heads to control. With the TRICER-BP, it honestly doesn't matter what the size and weight of the optic is placed above it...the end result is a fantastic glassing experience.
The TRICER-BP is best suited for those who intend to use heavier optics, or for those who simply want the utmost in control when it comes to panning and tilting fluidity. For most, the ultralight TRICER-LP is a more viable solution for enhancing future hunting experiences (due mostly to its weight savings at only 4.5 oz). However, the TRICER-BP is a fantastic alternative for the few who simply want the best glassing experience possible and are willing to accept the 12.3 oz weight.
