Operations Associate (Full-time)
Location: Cedar City, UT (Onsite), Monday–Friday
Compensation: $15-$18/hr (DOE)

Position Overview: Gear Fool is the retail and e-commerce gear division of Huntin’ Fool, serving a passionate community of hunters and outdoorsmen with high-quality gear and apparel. We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-first Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our retail and fulfillment operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple touchpoints, including our storefront, customer service channels, and order processing systems.
