The Steripen Adventurer Opti™ gives you dependable water purification without adding much weight or bulk to your pack. Built for camping, backpacking, and backcountry hunts, it’s a simple way to treat water when you’ll be away from the power grid for days at a time.
Using UV light, the Adventurer Opti™ eliminates bacteria, protozoa, and viruses without chemicals or pumping. Treat a half-liter of water in just 48 seconds or a full liter in 90 seconds.
An optical sensor detects the water to help ensure proper treatment, while the same technology doubles as an LED flashlight. Just hold the activation button for three seconds when you need a little extra light around camp or on the trail.
Powered by two CR123 batteries, the Adventurer Opti™ is built to perform even in cold conditions. Its rugged construction has been trusted by outdoor enthusiasts and endurance athletes, and the long-lasting UV lamp provides up to 8,000 treatments.
The Adventurer Opti™ works with containers that have an opening at least 1.75 inches wide, including most wide-mouth water bottles.
