Official Rules

Participation in the Covered Cart Promotion is subject to these Official Rules. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

Sponsor

The Covered Cart Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Built To Hunt Marketplace, LLC dba Gear Fool (“Sponsor”), located in Utah.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on Friday, July 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on Sunday, August 2, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

One (1) winner will be selected for each calendar day during the Promotion Period, for a total of ten (10) winners.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor may purchase products during the Promotion but are not eligible to receive a promotional refund or prize under this Promotion.

Void where prohibited by law.

Automatic Purchase Entry

Each completed order placed through Sponsor’s website during each calendar day of the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry for that day’s random drawing.

• No separate entry form is required for purchase entries.
• No additional purchase is required beyond the order itself.
• No additional fee is required to participate.

Cancelled, fraudulent, charged-back, or refunded orders are not eligible.

Free Alternative Method of Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible participant may submit one (1) entry by completing the official online entry form available at:

Submit a free entry

The entry form must be submitted during the Promotion Period. All required information must be provided completely and accurately.

Each eligible participant may submit only one (1) alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) per calendar day during the Promotion Period. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the applicable calendar day to be eligible for that day’s drawing.

AMOE submissions will be combined with all eligible purchase entries received for the same calendar day and will have an equal chance of being selected.

Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar day, regardless of method of entry. Individuals who submit both a qualifying purchase order and an AMOE on the same calendar day will receive only one (1) entry for that day’s drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by automated means, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Selection of Winners

Sponsor will randomly select one (1) eligible entry for each calendar day of the Promotion Period from all qualifying entries received during that calendar day.

Purchase entries may be represented using the printed packing slips corresponding to eligible orders. Eligible AMOE entries will be included in the same applicable daily drawing and will be given an equal opportunity to be selected.

The physical mixing and random drawing of entries may be recorded or presented for entertainment and promotional purposes.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration, and winner selection are final.

Prize

A winner selected through an eligible purchase entry will receive a refund equal to:

• The purchase price paid for the winning order, including applicable sales tax; and
• Standard shipping charges paid on that order.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment whenever reasonably possible.

If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, Sponsor may issue store credit or use another commercially reasonable payment method at its discretion.

A winner selected through the free AMOE will receive a prize of equivalent value as described on the official AMOE entry form or in associated Promotion materials.

• No minimum purchase applies.
• No maximum purchase applies.
• Only the selected winning order will be refunded.
• No substitutions or transfers are permitted.

Odds

Odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible purchase and AMOE entries received during the applicable calendar day.

Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact each winner using the contact information associated with the winning order or AMOE submission.

Sponsor may request confirmation of identity and eligibility before issuing the refund or prize.

If Sponsor cannot reasonably verify eligibility or cannot contact the winner within thirty (30) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use the following for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law:

• First name
• City and state
• Likeness
• Voice
• Photographs
• Video recordings

If a winner declines participation in promotional content, Sponsor will still honor the applicable refund or prize.

Taxes

Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the promotional refund or prize, although Sponsor anticipates the value will generally not create federal tax reporting obligations.

Fraud and Abuse

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any order or entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to involve:

• Fraud
• Bots or automated entry methods
• Abuse of the Promotion
• Duplicate accounts created to manipulate the Promotion
• Payment fraud
• Reseller abuse
• Violation of Sponsor’s Terms of Service

Sponsor’s determination shall be final.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Website interruptions
• Payment processor failures
• Shipping delays
• Lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected orders or entries
• Printing or administrative errors
• Other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or other circumstances impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor may correct typographical, technical, or administrative errors at any time.

Governing Law

The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s published Privacy Policy .
